Edwin Murwira is a Human Resource Specialist and Founder and Executive Director for Synergia Investments (Pvt Ltd) and his wide knowledge has made him oversee human resource and general management solutions for the company for over five years. He has expertise in business Process Re-Engineering, Job Evaluation Implementation, Formulation of the Human Resource Policy Manual and Audits, Organizational Restructuring, Mentoring and Coaching Programs, Leadership Development and General Skills Enhancement, Team Building, Retrenchment, Downsizing/ Realignments, Performance Management among other skills. His skills enabled him to take organizations to the next level. He has shown efforts locally and regionally. 

Mr. Murwira has accumulated wide knowledge and expertise through conducting consultations and large assignments for various companies which include TAP Zambia, ARPS South Africa, ZISCO Steel, JF Kapneck Trust, SMM Holdings, Help Age Zim, CFI Holdings, Christian Blind Mission among other companies. As an HR Specialist, he has helped to create and deliver people strategies, that help organizations meet their goals. He has been involved in all aspects of employee life cycle from sourcing potential applicants to managing exits from the organizations.
